Contributor Registration Fees*:

IEEE Computer Society Members: $395
Non-Members:                            $495

Second, third, or subsequent paper (if any) by same contributor:

IEEE Computer Society Members: $300
Non-Members:                            $375

All contributors must register before 17 January 2006 to be included in the conference proceedings.
