Tutorials

The conference theme for ICCBSS 2005, "Build and Conquer", emphasizes the importance of relying on the use of existing components available in the market instead of developing all functionalities oneself. Currently the COTS market is growing due to the emerging of new technologies such as service oriented computing, web services and the increase demand for Open Source systems and components.

ICCBSS committee solicits proposals for tutorial sessions. A tutorial is an instructional program that presents new information to the attendance efficiently and provides practice exercises or example based on that information. It should be orgnanized to teach an entire concept, be self-paced, accommodate a variety of users, and can involve some questioning, debating, and options for review. Summaries of the accepted tutorials will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science series.

The following information is provided to help you in tutorial submission and conference preparation.
