Each level of contribution includes all the benefits granted by the lower levels (i.e. for example Level 2 also includes the benefits of Level 1, and so on). Conference fee is not included within the sponsorship agreement except for the PLATINUM Corporate Sponsor, which includes the Full registration rate (without the workshops) for one person.

In order to evaluate the level of support that suits more your needs in terms of conference impact and number of people/organizations you might reach, please download (in A4 or Letter format) ICCBSS statistics.

This is the basic promotional opportunity we offer to interested companies that want to market the company name and logo worldwide within the conference publicity material. It includes:

Inclusion of the company logo and link to its website on the ICCBSS 2005 website, under a Sponsor Link. ICCBSS website will be visited by all people interested in contributing and/or participating to the conference. Displaying its logo on ICCBSS website, the sponsor will be visible to many people actively working with COTS.
Inclusion of the company logo in each marketing material used to promote the conference. This marketing material includes flyers, posters and postcards printed before the conference. This benefit will cover all marketing material after the sponsorship agreement becomes effective.
Inclusion of the company logo within the Conference Program given when attendees register to the conference. The Conference Program is a small booklet composed of around 20 pages that offers all the details of the conference such as paper abstracts, speakers' CVs and the conference schedule.

This level of contribution grants more visibility to the conference sponsor(s) by offering the possibility to include marketing material within the conference bag given during registration. It includes:

All BASIC benefits
Inclusion of the company logo in the conference bag along with the Organizers logo and Conference Theme. The logo will appear at the opposite side of the Organizers logo under the title "Thanks to our main sponsors…"
The sponsor company will be able to include marketing material inside the conference bag for publicity. Each sponsor at this level of sponsorship will be allowed to introduce only one single page loose-leaf promotional brochure and a corporate souvenir such as pens, rulers, notebooks or similar (to be agreed in advance)

A bag suitable for carrying papers, notebooks, pens, and small personal electronic devices will be given to all conference attendees along with their registration package. This bag will display the company logo of the sponsor(s) at numerous meetings and events worldwide long after the conference has ended.

This level of contribution makes each sponsor even more visible during the different conference tracks by displaying its logo in all sessions and orally thanking for their contribution to the conference organization. It includes:

All SILVER benefits
The Logo of the sponsor will be displayed before all the technical sessions and plenary sessions such as the Keynote Speeches and Best Paper presentation.
Special thanks to the sponsor organizations will be given at the Welcome & Opening sessions the first day of the conference and Wrap-up session the last day of the conference.
Inclusion of sponsor's commercial material in the Conference CD.

The Conference CD will be distributed within the Conference Bag as well, and represents a way to provide electronic publicity to all the conference participants, as well as any others who may acquire the CD via the ICCBSS website.

This level of contribution is the most valuable one to interested companies, as it includes all previous benefits plus the possibility to market themselves in special sessions during the conference. It includes:

All GOLD benefits
A hard poster with the company logo in the Plenary Room (always visible)
The possibility to have an active marketing session during the poster session the second day of conference. The sponsor company may use the media it considers more adequate for this purpose (to be agreed in advance).
The possibility to market sponsor product during the coffee breaks. This option will be passive; all the explanations about sponsor products will be given on attendees' demand.
Full registration to the conference excluding the workshops for one person from the sponsor company.

With this level of contribution, the sponsor company will have around 4 hours of coffee break time and 2 hours of Poster sessions. Coffee breaks will be set up in a separate room where all people will join at the same time between different tracks. The sponsor stand will be set up in the same room and made visible to the audience. The Poster sessions will take place the second day of the conference at the end of the day and will consist of different posters from different researchers to show their developments and different stands for each sponsor. This session will take two hours whereas a cocktail is served.
