Final manuscripts for accepted papers must be submitted electronically through WitanWeb by 14 November 2003. Papers should not exceed ten (10) pages in length, must be written in English, must be previously unpublished, and conform to the the Springer-Verlag author's instructions and MS Word document template. Submitted papers must be in either MS Word or pdf formatted files.

Signed copyright release forms must be FAXed to Rick Kazman at 808-956-9889 no later than 24 Octber 2003.

Authors of accepted papers will be expected to present their papers at the conference. Final presentation materials must be submitted by 19 December 2003 to be reproduced as handouts and be preloaded for presentation at the conference. Submission of final accepted abstracts and presentation slides will be considered as permission to the organizers to print, and distribute them at the conference and permission to post the materials on the conference website.
