Peter Popov is a Senior Lecturer in Computing in the Centre for Software Reliability, City University, London, UK. He has worked at CSR since 1997. Previously he was an Associate Professor at the Institute of Computer and Communication Systems of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, preceded by six years of experience in industry. Peter holds a PhD degree in Computer Science from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute (1989). He graduated from the same Institute in 1982. His research interests are in the areas of software engineering, in particular software reliability assessment, software safety, software fault-tolerance, and software design diversity.
