Frank W. Klucznik joined the Coast Guard in 1980 and spent 9 years conducting law enforcement and search and rescue operations. In 1989, he began working in Marine Safety Environmental Protection field. He conducted hundreds of oil and hazardous material spill investigations, and inspected over 1,000 oil and chemical facilities for compliance with pollution prevention regulations. Frank attended Old Dominion University and graduated in 2000 with a degree in Computer Science. He remains on active duty with the Coast Guard, and is working as a Software Developer at the Coast Guard’s Command and Control Engineering Center in Portsmouth, VA. | |||||||||||||||||||
