Ceci Albert is a senior member of the technical staff in the Commercial-off-the-shelf- (COTS)-Based Systems (CBS) Initiative at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). She addresses issues related to CBS development and co-developed a process for developing CBS being piloted in government and industry. Previously, Ceci served in the Air Force developing major software programs for satellite ground systems; teaching at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces; and managing archive and dissemination programs at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency. | |||||||||||||
